using “could” for suggestions

English: They could take the train instead of driving to avoid traffic. Japanese: 交通渋滞を避けるために、車ではなく電車を利用できます。

Japanese: 自宅でコーヒーを作ることでお金を節約できます。 

English: I could learn to cook Italian cuisine with these online classes.
